Kirtan is the easiest form of meditation..The leader or wallah will chant a sacred mantra and the group will repeat it back, it doesn’t matter if you think you don’t have a good voice, if you’re focused on the mantra and chant with concentration and an intention of love and joy, your voice will quickly merge into the slipstream of a beautiful sound.
